We perform in-house inventory inspections daily, to verify that when it says in stock, we have it here to ship to you that day.

As you travel into checkout you will be able to calculate, and then choose your delivery service. After placing your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the order placed, date & time the order ships, along with a tracking number. Same day shipping for orders received before 3pm EST; orders received after 3pm will be shipped the following business day. We ship up until 12:00 Noon on Saturday's.
Missing or Damaged Parts - If in the event you receive an item that is missing, or damaged, you will have 10 days after receiving your item to notify us, we will be happy to assist you. Please read all the provided instructions thoroughly before assembly, the better you build her, the better she will fly. (or he)
Damaged Merchandise - If in the event, a package has been damaged during shipment, and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted the package, and then discover that is has been damaged, please call or email, and we will take it from there. Be sure to save all your paperwork, packaging material, along with the packaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim for us.
Lost Freight - If you feel a package has been lost in transit, please contact us with the order number, along with a list of missing items. A tracer will be initiated at that time. A claim number will be issued, if the carrier cannot verify delivery within 10 days after the scheduled delivery date. Credit will be issued for the missing merchandise, when mars480.com obtains a claim number from the carrier.
Returns and Exchange Policy - If you receive a product which you are not satisfied with, you may return the product to mars480.com within 15 days from the date you received it provided the product has been unused, is in its original packaging, and is otherwise in totally resalable condition. A return authorization number and a copy of your original receipt must accompany all returns. Please email us for a RMA number, return form, and re-pack your items well to avoid any damage. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges, and/or an in-store credit.
The opening of bags and/or mounting of motors, accessories and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise, which we are unable to process for a return.
Warranty Info - mars480.com is not a warranty repair center or manufacturer for any of the products we resell. Your products are subject to the individual vendor's warranty & repair policy. mars480.com assumes no liability either expressed nor implied for any damages as a result of use or misuse of their products.
Defects found after the product has been installed or has been in use are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and need to be claimed directly with the manufacturer or distributor. These items will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer discretion. Return shipping costs for warranty issues are the responsibility of the customer.
